Crude hack to fix issue with opkg on ar71xx usb routers. It seems what triggers this is having too many files in /usr/lib/opkg/info, if you do an ls on affected routers, even without running opkg, the router crashes. Soo.. whenever too many packages are installed, there are too many files and the router crashes. This patch fixes the issue by preventing postinst scripts from being installed onto image, since these are completely irrelevant for pre-installed packages. This significantly reduces the number of installed files without any adverse effects. However, this doesn't really address the root cause of whatever is going on, but at least the problem should be fixed, for now
